AI transparency – This is how we use artificial intelligence

Example images and visualizations

The images marked as AI-generated are artificially generated, illustrative scenes. They show possible locations and work processes for home care. They are not photographic evidence of actual customer projects, real references or existing premises, machines and employees. Buildings, people and details can be freely designed.

Real interface and sample data

The instructions in the help use real screen recordings of our user interface with data from a separate sample operation. These screenshots are not generally labeled as AI images. If a recording contains an artificially created photo example, we will also point this out. Schematic maps, route graphics and document previews are examples and not proof of real use.

Differentiation from actual services

The pictures explain typical processes and serve as orientation. They do not replace a specific product description or individual agreement. The available functions described, the agreed scope of services and the respective contract documents are decisive. An artificially created representation alone does not provide evidence of existing equipment, product features or service provided.

Texts, translations and responsibility

AI can support us with designs, formulations, programming and translations. Machine translations are also used for the language versions. This can result in linguistic or content errors. The operator named in the legal notice remains responsible for selection, testing and publication. We will receive information about errors or misleading information via the contact options listed there.

Functions of these pages

There is currently no AI chatbot integrated on the website or in public help. A contact form is a normal form and does not trigger an AI evaluation of the message. The help search searches a prepared search index; it does not generate answers using a language model.

Editorial tools and data

The three example images on the Help home page were created from text descriptions using OpenAI's image generation tool. No customer or order photos were uploaded as image templates. For the language versions of the help, public instruction texts were sent to a machine translation service from Google. There is no automatic transfer of contact form content or customer photos to an AI provider in the published website and help code. The hosting of the help is separate; Details can be found in the data protection declaration.

Labeling and data protection

AI-generated sample images are marked directly on the image or immediately below it. Small preview images receive the short note “AI generated”. This page supplements the information on the contents. Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our data protection declaration. This transparency information does not constitute consent to additional data processing.
